A fourteen man Denver Swat Team raid
the wrong drug house, and shoot Ismael Mena six times by overreacting.
To hasten his death, they then shoot him two more times as he lay helpless
on the floor - an act of premeditated murder. The cover-up continues
with the Swat Team committing an additional seven overt criminal acts,
and with Homicide and the Coroners Office committing eight overt criminal
acts. |

In time, there are more than forty people involved in the cover-up. Three months after the shooting, I'm hired by the family to investigate the shooting. My findings that can prove the premeditated murder and the cover-ups are deliberately ignored by both the local and by the federal authorities. Next, when I filed a racketeering case naming thirty-seven of the forty-four defendants in Federal Court, the case is dismissed without cause. In the end, Ismael Mena is denied justice! It is for this reason that I decided to take the case to you, the reader, through a review of the investigative report. |
